You're welcome to read and share these pages. Please don't misuse the site — no copying it to pass off as your own, and no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it. The text, design, and the Harbor Books name are ours.
Engagements
Services are governed by the engagement letter you sign when you become a client, including scope, fees, and each side's responsibilities. Prices listed on this site are current standard rates and may change with notice; work already quoted in writing is honored at the quoted price.
Plans and cancellation
Monthly bookkeeping plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime with effect from the next billing cycle. Your books, data, and software logins remain yours.
No guarantees on the website itself
We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but it's provided "as is," without warranties, and we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the website or reliance on its general information. This doesn't limit anything in a signed engagement letter — the responsibilities for paid work live there, not here.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Vanamonde Technologies LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
