Tax season as a formality, not a fire drill
Federal and state returns for sole proprietors, LLCs, S-Corps, and partnerships, prepared by people who understand small-business books, at a flat fee you saw before you signed up.
More than the filing
The return itself
Schedule C with your personal return, or Form 1120-S / 1065 with K-1s for every owner. One state included; extra states are a flat $150 each.
Quarterly estimates
We calculate your estimated payments and send reminders before each deadline, so April never arrives with a bill you didn't see coming.
Year-round answers
"Should I buy the truck this year or next?" is a September question, not an April one. Ask when it matters. Answers are included in the fee.
S-Corp guidance
Reasonable-salary guidance for S-Corp owners, and honest advice on whether an S-Corp election actually saves you money before you make one.
Asked at almost every consult
Do you need to do my bookkeeping to do my taxes?
No. We take standalone business returns when the books are in reasonable shape. But clean books make returns cheaper and better, which is why bookkeeping clients get 20% off. If your books need work first, catch-up bookkeeping sorts that out at a flat price.
What do you need from me?
If we do your books: almost nothing, because we already have it. If not: your bookkeeping file or year-end statements, last year's return, and answers to a short questionnaire. We'll send one organized checklist, not twenty emails.
What if I get a notice from the IRS or my state?
Forward it to us before you panic. Most notices are routine, and we'll draft the response for anything related to a return we prepared, at no extra charge.
